The Cerema, in partnership with Construction21 and the VINCI ParisTech research environment lab of have published a collection of articles that opens up stimulating avenues of reflection and solutions for all mobility professionals and professionals involved in mobility.

On the occasion of the initial publication of the content of this dossier by the online media Construction21, researchers and practitioners shared their thoughts in a conference organized by the research lab environment lab, on 30/03/2021. The conference addressed the following topics:
Fund and deploy solutions.
Interventions by Camille Combe (La Fabrique de la City) who presented the solutions identified by different cities and states to finance decarbonized mobility, and Khadija Tighanimine (Omexom) who addressed the issue of social acceptability of electromobility and engineering of deployment where the "consumer-stakeholder" is a key figure of the innovation diffusion process.
Optimize infrastructure
Speeches by André Broto (Advisor to the Chairman of VINCI Autoroutes and coordinator of the "Mobility" strategic theme "Mobility" at the World Road Association) who presented the conclusions of the conclusions of the New Deal project, born of the international consultation organized by the Greater Paris Metropolitan Forum. Then Hélène de Solère (Cerema ) who illustrated how the CEE InTerLUD program promotes sustainable urban logistics through an approach led by the communities with economic stakeholders in their area.
Designing and evaluating soft mobility
Presentation by Anne de Bortoli (Eurovia - École des Ponts ParisTech) who presented the research conducted at the LVMT, Laboratoire Ville Mobility Transport, on the environmental impacts of of micromobility by comparing shared vehicles (velib', electric scooters and scooters) and personal vehicles. Other speakers included Jean-Paul Hubert and Jérôme Monnet (University Gustave Eiffel University) who discussed the subject of which can be favoured by a better consideration of pedestrians and their heterogeneity in the design of urban developments and transport infrastructures.

The initial digital partnership file "Decarbonized mobility: challenges and solutions" was published online by the Construction21 media, from March 09 to 31 March 2021, at a rate of one to two articles per day.
In view of the number of online consultations, this file is one of the most successful files.

The VINCI environment research lab ParisTech
The Lab environment research is a research program, the result of a partnership between VINCI and three engineering schools, MINES Paris PSL, AgroParisTech, École des Ponts ParisTech, under the aegis of the Fondation ParisTech. Founded in 2008, this partnership supports research on the environmental performance of buildings, neighbourhoods and infrastructure. The environmental research lab is part of is part of a scientific sponsorship approach. The results of the research are made public and shared not only with the scientific community, but also with all economic stakeholders in the city and local authorities in order to facilitate decision-making and improve usage.
